The Hajj flights are to start from the 4th of July. The month-long pre-Hajj flight operation would be starting from the start of the next month as the ministry has already given out the flight schedule of the Government Hajj scheme.

As per an official of the ministry, the details of the flight schedule have already been uploaded on the website of the ministry. The pilgrims were also being told regarding the relevant details via SMS and intimation letters.

The pilgrims under the government scheme would go to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia via 3 airlines which includes Pakistan International Airlines (PIA), Air Blue and Saudi Airline.

The intending pilgrims must report to their respective Madinat ul Hujjaj, 2 days before their flights for getting the tickets and seal packing their medicine.

Each Hajj pilgrim is allowed to carry 30kilogram of luggage with them. The ministry official asked the intending pilgrims to take benefit from the ministry’s ongoing extensive training programs as they were most important for performing Hajj. These training sessions have been designed in light of the preachings of the Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him).

He also asked the intending pilgrims to take advantage of the training material available on the website and of the social media links of the ministry.
