Guidelines have been issued by the National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC) on Monday for sending children to schools.
The parents have been told to make sure that the child is wearing a face mask before they leave for school. The face mask should either be surgical or cloth made.
In case the children are suffering from cough and other ailments, then they should not be sent to attend the school as that could easily put the lives of other children to threat.
As per the NCOC guidelines, the necessary tests have been advised in the case of deteriorating health.
The parents have been told to report to the school if their child tests positive for COVID-19.
Previously, the conference of the inter-provincial education ministers has taken the decision in principle to give permission to the educational institutions to reopen on the 15th of September beginning from the universities, then colleges then class nine and ten.
