The government of Pakistan has decided to maintain the prices of petroleum products for the next 15 days while reducing the price of diesel by Rs 2.40 per liter. The petrol prices would remain the same for the first 15 days of October, however, the good news is for transporters and HTVs.
According to the details, the government of Pakistan has decided to maintain the prices of petroleum products for the next 15 days. However, the price of high speed and light-speed diesel (HSD) and (LSD) has been reduced by Rs 2.40 per liter while the Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan has also approved it.
It may be recalled that the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) had proposed a reduction in the prices of petroleum products. OGRA had proposed a reduction of Rs 1.5 per liter in petrol and Rs 2 per liter in high-speed diesel.
