Govt. Launches Travelling Instruction App for All Overseas Passengers

Travelling Instruction App

The government of Pakistan has launched a travelling instruction app for all overseas passengers. The application aims at the directives and the SOPs about coronavirus designed especially for the travelers coming to Pakistan from abroad.

The application would be permitting the international travelers and the native citizens to abide by the health protocols that have been put in practice by the concerned authorities owing to coronavirus which includes the observation of the quarantine procedure.

Through this application, the passengers would be able to offer their contact information along with their identity in advance to the concerned authorities. This would help in avoiding the coronavirus related registration upon the arrival at the selected airport in Pakistan. The CAA has asked the Management of the Airline that at the time of tickets booking, passengers should be informed to download the application through email. And at the check-in, the authorities should make sure that the app is present in the mobiles of the passenger.

The app’s link must be printed on the boarding pass of the passengers. As per the Civil Aviation Authority, strict action would be taken against the ones who would not be abiding with the directives by the aviation authority of Pakistan. If a family is planning to fly to Pakistan then only one of the members would be handling the SOPs on the mobile application. People who do not have smartphones would be subjected to strict procedures at the airport.
