The Government has taken the decision of extending ban on both the domestic and international flights until the 30th of April.
The aviation division has announced about the decision in a press release that was given out on Saturday.
Pakistan placed a ban on the flights in order to control the spread of the coronavirus. It had previously suspended the flight operations until the 21st of April.
Under the imposed ban, the small planes are not entitled to take special permission from the government for operating flights.
The entire nation is presently witnessing lockdown that has been imposed until the 30th of April, as the government and the health authorities are combating to contain the spread of the virus. Pakistan has given confirmation that the count of coronavirus cases has surged past the figure of 7,000.
On the other hand, as per the latest, the Minister for Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony has said that it would be difficult to conduct Hajj this year.
He informed that the Saudi authorities would be finalizing a decision after considering all the options.
