The price of petroleum products has been reduced by Rs.15 as a relief fro the public under the complete lockdown situation in the various provinces amid coronavirus outbreak in the country.
As per an issued notification by the Federal Ministry of Finance, after the cost reduction, the new petrol price would be Rs.96.58 per litre, High diesel would be sold for Rs.107.25, while the price of light diesel would be Rs.62.51 per litre.
The new price of kerosene oil would be Rs.77.45.

PM Khan made the announcement that his government would make the move earlier. Yesterday, during a meeting with the media persons at the Prime Minister House, he said that the incumbent government would be reducing the prices of the petroleum products for giving some relief and ease to the general public amid the coronavirus outbreak.
Coronavirus has so far affected 990 people in Pakistan.
Prime Minister Imran Khan has also announced a relief special economic package of Rs.200 billion for the daily wagers community and Rs.150 billion package for the poor families.
On the other hand, Cambridge International has announced that the Cambridge students across the world would be judged on the basis of their skills and knowledge and that there would be no Cambridge examinations this year.
