Pakistan’s Prime Minister Imran Khan said on Monday that the government has successfully resolved over 100,000 complaints received via Citizen Portal in the last 60 days, he said it is the for the first time in the history that the government has responded to and fixed the highest number of complaints in a short period of 60 days.
We have successfully hit the 100,000 mark of rectified complaints through Pakistan Citizen Portal App.
“Today, we crossed 100,000 mark of resolved complaints by Pakistan Citizen Portal App. This marks the highest & fastest grievance redressel in our history: that too within short span of 60 days only. I urge my fellow citizens to use @PakistanPMDU for effective complaints’ response”
He said that in a tweet,
The Prime Minister inaugurated the Pakistan Citizen Portal by the end of October, the purpose of this portal was to monitor and evaluate the performance of ministries and departments.
