It has been directed by the government for all federal ministries and institutions and the governments of four provinces, Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan to declare their assets by September 1st. They are asked to submit the declaration of their assets and those acquired by their workers during the fiscal year ending on June 30, 2019.
It has been notified by the government in a separate office memorandum that 15% ad hoc relief allowance (ARA) will be given to the officers in the management grades. Also, the benefit of 5-10pc ARA will be extended to selective corporations and autonomous bodies.
It has been ordered by the Establishment Division to all federal ministries and divisions, the four provinces chief secretaries, AJK and GB, the National Accountability Bureau chairman, Wafaqi Mohtasib, federal tax ombudsman, the Election Commission of Pakistan, Intelligence Bureau and Auditor General of Pakistan to make sure that they submit the assets declaration held by government servants working under their jurisdictions.
It was reminded to all the servants that they are required to declare their assets and liabilities under the Rule 12 of the Government Servants (Conduct) Rules, 1964 along with the administrative instructions issued by the government from time to time.
