The Governor of Punjab, Chaudhry Muhammad Sarwar said that the project of Katraupur corridor will be completed by October 31.
During a meeting at the Circuit House in Multan, Governor Punjab said that the PTI-led government is focusing on the renovation of all the religious sites across the country to promote religious tourism.
He further said that the government of Pakistan had formed a special committee for the protection and restoration of culture, historic, and renovation of religious buildings throughout Pakistan.
“The religious sites of Sikh, Hindu, Christian, Buddhist, and others would be renovated in the country,” governor Punjab added.
While talking about the shortage of clean drinking water, he said that the people of Punjab would have access to the clean drinking water within the period of the next four years.
“All the filtration plants in Pakistan’s most populated province Punjab would be kept functional under Aab-e-Pak Authority,” he added.
