Google Gboard Beta Updated With Dark/Light Default Themes

Google's Gboard

Google has released a new update for the beta version of Gboard, its well-known virtual keyboard for mobile devices, which has introduced a novelty for the automatic setting of the theme.

For some time now, Gboard has supported custom themes, available in a pre-structured form, and in a totally personalized form by the user. The recent version 9.7 of the keyboard for Android received the option to automatically synchronize the keyboard theme with the system one. The feature will make sense on devices updated to Android 10 that also support the system’s dark theme.

The new version of Gboard does not yet include the new Google Sans font, for which we have to wait further. The Gboard beta is available upon enrollment in the beta testing program on the Play Store.
