Gold Prices go Down in the Domestic Market

Finally, a piece of good news is here to please the Pakistanis which is related to the prices of gold.

It has been observed that the prices of the gold in the domestic market of Pakistan have declined by Rs500 per tola and was traded at Rs116,000 on Wednesday.

According to the details shared by All Pakistan Jewelers Association, the price of the 10-gram gold witnessed a decrease of Rs428 and the yellow metal was traded at Rs99,451 in the domestic market of the country.

On the other hand, the gold prices in the international market declined by 8 US dollars to 1,917 US dollars per ounce.

Spot gold was down 0.5% at 1,918.59 US dollars per ounce. The United States (US) gold futures increased by 0.1% to 1,924.60 US dollars.

It is pertinent to mention here that on August 19, the price of per tola gold gone down by Rs2,600 and was traded at Rs119,900 in the domestic market of the country. On the other hand, last week, the price of the yellow metal had fallen by 19 US dollars to 1,988 US dollars per ounce in the international market.
