Globally Toyota Corolla Sales Are The 4th Highest In Pakistan—Report

Toyota Corolla sales in Pakistan is at number 1 in Asia Pacific region and number 4 in the world according to the Chief Engineer for Corolla.

Toyota Motors car “Corolla” has been very successful in Pakistan, Corolla has been a sign of pride when it comes to buying, using and travelling in a car. In a recent, 26th IMC dealers conference Lahore, Toyota CE Yoshiki Konishi for Corolla said these words while addressing the gathering.

“Race to Ace” theme was selected for the dealer’s conference attended by Dealership owners, Toyota motor and Toyota Tsusho Corporation, senior management from House of Habib and IMC management.

Yoshiki Konishi chaired the conference using video conference technology at the local hotel in Lahore. He appreciated IMC efforts to make Corolla successful in Pakistan and promoting Toyota as a whole, he said, 44.1 million Corolla cars have been sold so far globally.

Other IMC executives also addressed the conference and elevated the importance of changing technology and future needs of Pakistani market in the Automotive industry. IMC CEO, Ali Asghar Jamali informed the conference about upcoming Toyota new 11th generation facelift model which is expected to be launched in Pakistan in August. The new Corolla facelift model is classed as the most beautiful model in Corolla series with new features such as; push start, 16-inch Alloy rims, 9-inch infotainment module, Smart entry, New interior, New exterior and lights, Vehicle stability control and Airbags.

He also added, their special focus is on ‘best in class’ safety features to standardize Dual SRS Air Bag across all the variants of Toyota Corolla, ISO Fix Seat Anchors, Front seats 3point ELR with Pre-Tensioner and Force Limiter seatbelts in all variants.
