G-3: Pakistan’s First Smart Development Project in Gwadar

Eiwan Developments and Balochistan Energy Department have partnered up to launch a new smart-development project in Gwadar, named Gwadar-3. G-3 is ensuring that Gwadar becomes the trade hub and economic powerhouse of Pakistan, allowing it to enter the new era of development and prosperity.

The project will feature ultra-modern serviced apartments, an international standard shopping, luxury hotel. It will make use of Smart technologies including bioclimatic architecture, eco-friendly construction, alternate green energy provisions, automated building management systems to offer a clean, safe and secure environment to the people.

The project will be located on top of the majestic Koh-e-Batil hill with three-sided ocean views of the beautiful Arabian Sea.

During the Chief Minister Jam Kamal visit to Gwadar, the groundbreaking ceremony for the prestigious project was held. It was attended by notable figures including the Chief Secretary Dr. Akhtar Nazeer and Secretary Energy Department Pasand Khan Buledi.

A tree was planted by the Chief Minister at the site of the project to start the green, environmental-friendly beginnings of the project.

Jam Kamal said, “It gives me great pleasure today, to unveil this iconic state-of-the-art development project which will not only usher in a new era of growth and prosperity for the region, but it will most definitely help redefine the urban landscape of Pakistan. It is a testament to the progressive vision we share for this region under the China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) project and I congratulate everyone involved in this great achievement.”

Balochistan Energy Company Limited CEO Pasand Khan Buledi said,  “We are extremely proud to be associated with this infrastructure marvel which shall surely become a benchmark in environmental sustainability, within the country and outside. We are deliberately working on encouraging environmentally responsible and sustainable developments in this region.”
