A French delegation is due in Pakistan today for boosting the bilateral trade in the sectors of trade and investment.
As per the details, an international organization of France—Mouvement des Enterprises France (MEDEF) would be leading the delegation of 20 other French firms which is set to reach Islamabad today.
The delegation, on its 4-day long visit would be led by the Chairman of Pakistan-France Business Council.
The French delegation of 20 companies’ representatives from the different sectors of oil and gas, construction, transport, water purification, agribusiness, information technology and energy are expected to arrive in the federal capital.
The visit is being arranged with the joint efforts of MEDEF, Pakistan embassy in France, Pakistan-France Business Council, board of investment and the French embassy in Pakistan.
The group of investors would also be visiting Karachi and Lahore during their stay and are anticipated to meet with a number of representatives from the private sector.
A detailed review of the Pakistani market and a meeting with the Pakistani Business Community are also among the agenda of the French investors.
