First Post-Hajj Flight to Reach Pakistan on Aug 17

As all the Hajj related rituals have concluded in the holy city of Makkah, the first post-Hajj flight would be reaching Pakistan from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on the 17th of August that is Saturday.

According to the details, all flights which include Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) would be starting their post-Hajj operations from the 17th of August.

The first flight of Saudi Airline SV 706, carrying the Hajj pilgrims would land in Karachi on Saturday afternoon.

The Ministry of Religious Affairs of Pakistan has informed that the Hajj pilgrims would be given a warm welcome upon their arrival to the respective airports.

Regarding this, the ministry has given special instructions to the airport authorities.

5-day Hajj rituals ended in Makkah as 2,500,000 pilgrims performed Hajj this year.

Out of the 2,500,000, a total of 200,000 pilgrims from Pakistan performed Hajj this year.

The national flag-carrier had concluded its pre-Hajj flight operations successfully throughout the nation on the 6th of August. This year, PIA has made history by facilitating the Pakistani Hajj pilgrims without even taking any aircraft on lease for the flight operations.
