Pakistan has opened its very first electric car showroom on Sunday. The electric cars are introduced by the company registered under the name of Topsun Motors.

The provincial minister for Housing, Urban Development and Public Health Engineering Mian Muhammad Rasheed also were among the ceremony attendees. Malik Riaz the MD of Topsum Motors also was present at the event.

With the mutual cooperation of both the nations, the electric automobiles would soon be seen on the roads. Mian Muhammad has lauded the efforts that are being put in by the private sector for the protection of the environment from the stress of pollution. As per him, this healthy arrangement would take Pakistan far ahead in terms of technological advancement. Muhammad Rasheed also said that the projects like this would keep China and Pakistan in unison for longer terms.

The minister was also asked about the new housing scheme of Pakistan that is the Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme to which he replied that the groundwork for the project would be starting soon in Lahore.

Back in the month of November Amin Aslam, the advisory of the PM on Climatic change did a press conference and said that Pakistan is striving on saving the fuel cost by $2 billion by transferring the Pakistani transportation system to the electric vehicles. The bill for the first electric bill policy of Pakistan was officially passed in December.

The advisory indicated that the Electric motorcycle and rickshaw making firm would soon be introduced in Pakistan. This transformation of the electric transportation system would indeed make the way to a cleaner greener Pakistan. The booking for the electric vehicle is open now.
