Final Pictures of Peshawar BRT Buses

The Peshawar BRT project or TransPeshawar is a project initiated by the Peshawar Development Authority currently under construction in Peshawar. The Golden Dragon buses that will be used for Peshawar Rapid Bus Transit (BRT) project are being manufactured by the Chinese bus manufacturer Xiamen. A few of the buses have arrived in Peshawar and we will share the pictures with our readers.


These buses will be equipped with all necessary features like air conditioning, automatic doors, special seats for the disabled, Wi-Fi, charging docks,  safety features for the drivers, extra standing space for the passengers and they will have extremely comfortable overall seating for all the travelers. The standard of the busses has been kept high ensuring that the citizens enjoy a safe and secure ride. The buses are painted in green/white color.

Peshawar BRT Project has been divided into two phases. The first covers East-West corridor of 26km and consists of 31 stations. Around 383 buses will operate on the first route and it is expected to be completed very soon.

The transport service will be provided from Chamkani to Hayatabad and Shaukat Khanum covering Chughal Pura area, Nishtarabad, Gulbahar Square, Peshawar Cantonment, State bank, Saddar Bazaar, Mall Road, Khyber Road (Airport), University of Peshawar, Islamia College and others.
