On Wednesday, the Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (FBISE) announced the dates of the special examinations, as per the reports of local media.
As per a shared notification, the special examinations for the students of Matriculation would commence from the 23rd of September. The last date for the submission of the admission forms is the 10th of August.
The form is available on the website of the board while the notice also mentioned that no fresh candidate would be permitted to appear for these special exams.
Previously, the Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (FBISE) made the announcement of the matriculation examinations, giving students a promotion on the basis of their 9th-grade results.
The federal board chairman said that they had promoted the students keeping into consideration the advice of the government amid the coronavirus pandemic.
On the other hand, the parliamentary secretary for the federal ministry of education has said that no official request had been received so far for the reopening of the schools from the 15th of August.
