A surge in employment opportunities is expected owing to the belt and road project.
As per the reports of local media, Chen Xiaodong who is the Acting Consul General of the Chinese Consulate General in Karachi has indicated that there would be an increase in the employment opportunities owing to the Belt and Road Project.
The consul while addressing at an event said that China is the world’s 2nd largest economic power and Pakistan and China have been friends for seventy years and have portrayed the best example not only for the region but for the whole world.
Chen said that both the countries are going to work on all the plans and challenges with mutual understanding.
It is important to mention the scheduled visit of PM Imran Khan to China is on Monday and for his visit to Beijing, all the preparations have been done.
The PM will make this visit accompanied by three federal ministers and an advisor which includes Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Khusro Bakhtiar, Shaikh Rasheed, and Abdul Hafeez Shaikh.
In this visit Kashmir dispute, ML-1 project, China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) and some other matters of bilateral interests would be the topics for discussions that would be done with the top leadership of China.
It is heard that during the PM’s visit to China the affairs of Pakistan-China’s Joint Coordination Committee (JCC) would also be discussed.
