The government intends to launch the Edhi Line Transport service in Karachi.
The provincial government is planning to launch a transport service named “Edhi Line” in the city of lights Karachi, as announced by the Sindh Information Minister Saeed Ghani.
The transport line is named after the late Abdul Sattar Edhi, Pakistan’s Philanthropist who died in 2016.
Abdul Sattar Edhi was a nobleman of high traits and qualities. He donated his entire life for social welfare.
At the end of the Sindh assembly session, while talking to the media Saeed Ghani said that the initial work of the project has been almost done.
He also answered a question during the session, in which he mentioned that whoever is noticed on selling Gutka will be taken under strict actions as it is a life-threatening item for the people.
He says that all those people who are involved in illegal businesses do not deserve any kind of leniency as they play with the lives of people.
