Vice President of Czech Republic’s Confederation of Industry, Frantisek Chaloupecky said their country’s business community is keen to develop strong trade relations with Pakistan and they will support all the initiatives taken in this regard.
Pakistan’s delegation visited Prague the capital of Czech Republic to have a meeting with country’s trade sector officials, talking to the delegation of Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICCI) Mr. Frantisek said, Telecom, Technology, and Software are the booming sectors in the Czech Republic, Pakistan could leverage the benefits for its economy by cooperating with the Czech Republic in these areas.
Both sides discussed further opportunities and the ways to improve business relations between the countries during the meeting. However, there was no decisive cooperation agreement took place between the countries.
ICCI hopes to develop better trade relations with the Czech Republic in the future. Pakistan has been gradually developing trade relations with other European nations including France, Italy, Germany, Turkey, and the United Kingdom.
