The government of Punjab on Tuesday has taken the decision of taking action against the ones found in the business of fake cosmetics and the cabinet also gave approval to the Punjab Drug and Cosmetics Amendment Act 2019.
While speaking at the meeting, the CM Usman Buzdar said that the cabinet had given approval to the act for ensuring the production of cosmetics as per the international standards.
He said that the objective of licensing the cosmetics sale points was to ensure that the genuine products are provided via the original supply chain.
As per the latest development, Prime Minister Imran Khan has asked the relevant authorities to accept the international driving licenses-that is the licenses that are issued by the other countries.
The directives were issued by PM Khan while he was answering the hundreds of requests placed by the expatriates on the PM’s portal.
In turn, the Islamabad Traffic Police asked all its staff members to accept the international driving licenses and asked them not to fine the drivers having a valid foreign driving license.
