Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC) issued a notification regarding the closure of Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) stations in Punjab and Islamabad. They will be closed from 28th December to 10th January 2019.

The notification issued by Sui Southern Gas Company mentions that only specific CNG stations will be open for public transport. The reason this decision has been taken is because of the maintenance work at Regasified to Natural Gas (RLNG) terminal. This was informed by the SSGC Lahore General Manager Qaiser Masood.

Further on in Sindh Industrial Trading Estate (SITE) the industrialists said that they are closing factories due to the limited and poor availability of gas.
