  • Margalla Hills Valley,
  •  Al-Hadeed Town,
  • Margalla Town,
  • MR Town,
  • Paradise Valley,
  • Margalla Valley,
  • Zakaria Town

All these housing schemes are located in the sectors D-14, D-15,

Ijaz Ahmed Sheikh—the Urban Planning Director in a notification has given warning to the public that some builders are breaking the laws and are exploiting the general public for personal gains.

Many of the project builders have not even asked for the No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Capital Development Authority before they began their construction work.

Sheikh further said that such unlawful developments are creating mental stress and financial losses to people.

The CDA has asked the concerned authorities to not provide the gas or phone connections to all such schemes.

There is this emerging trend of establishing new housing schemes. Some builders and developers takes advantage of the innocence of people and robs them of their savings. Not just that it has also been seen that people do not even get the ownership of the property they invest their entire savings, all thanks to this builders mafia who eats up the money and then vanishes or else provides ownership of some land deemed illegal by CDA to the poor people.
