The Canadian Visa Centres in Pakistan would be reopening from the 3rd of August onwards. These visa centers are located in Karachi, Islamabad, and Lahore.
As per reports, these centers would be offering limited services for some time. The services include the biometric verification of the instruction letter holders, the return decision envelopes of the applicants, and carrying the permanent resident travel document via courier or post.
The visa centers suspended their operations due to the COVID-pandemic. More than 278,240 people have tested positive for the contagious coronavirus in the country.
It is pertinent to mention that the coronavirus epidemic has affected the entire world. It has affected Pakistan as well. In fact, this year even the holy pilgrimage of Hajj was performed with a limited number of pilgrims and those also were the residents of the Kingdom.
It is being said that the Hajj 2020 has been the safest Hajj ever owing to the preventive measures that were adopted and the social distancing that was seen being practiced.
On the other hand, Pakistan Cricket Board has invited the former cricketers to apply for the different job positions in the institution.
