CAA fixes the rate of bag wrapping charges at Rs.50 across the airports of Pakistan.
As per the reports of local news on Monday, the Civil Aviation Authority has made an announcement regarding the reduction in the price of bag wrapping on the airports all across Pakistan. The charges have been reduced and are fixed at a rate of Rs50.
Earlier, they use to charge R.s400 for a single bag.
This decision took place after a meeting was chaired by Shahrukh Nusrat, Director General Civil Aviation. The meeting was arranged for the executive committee.
In the meeting, many important matters were discussed including the matter of the plastic bag wrapping. Hence the decision was supported and will be imposed on all the airports of Pakistan. No matter what size of the bag is being wrapped the price would remain fixed, that is at Rs50.
Also the edibles available at the airport for the passengers, their prices have also been reduced for the travelers’ relief and also for the people who come to send them or receive them.
As per the latest development, Munir Akran has replaced Maleeha Lodhi as Pakistan’s ambassador to UN.
