Farmers threw hundreds of crates of tomatoes on the roads after the price of the item fell in the wholesale markets in Killa Saifullah of Baluchistan on Monday.
The Zamindar Action Committee headed a rally to protest the reduction in the price of the fruit.
Protestors claim that they are experiencing losses of millions of rupees. They say that this is economic destruction.

They also said that the government has got no respect for the farmers or landowners, the protestors also asked for putting an end to the smuggling of tomatoes from Iran, Afghanistan, and India.
One of the protestors mentioned that hike the price of the tomatoes in the wholesale markets so that they could take economic advantage of it.
On the other hand, the present government is considering a plan for the security arrangements of the highways.
