Two private schools in Karachi have got suspended by the authorities over non-cooperation during the ongoing anti-polio drive in the several parts of the country.
The director of the private schools took the decision to suspend the registration after it was revealed that the private schools in Sindh’s capital Karachi are not cooperating in the anti-polio campaign underway with the joint collaboration of the health and education departments.
The Director-General of the private schools further said that the notices were issued to as many as forty other private schools over non-cooperation with the anti-polio vaccination teams.
Meanwhile, the officer-bearers of the All Sindh Private Schools and Colleges Association have ignored the impression of non-cooperation during the ongoing anti-polio campaign.
It is pertinent to mention here that all the schools are extending their support to the anti-polio vaccination teams during the campaign to eliminate the crippling disease of polio.
