Recently, the Arts Council Karachi has initiated a new music platform for the young talent of Pakistan with the name Sound Spirit. The first session of Sound Spirit was held on the 16th of January at Karachi’s Arts Council featuring the new aspiring singers and musicians.
According to the details, (ACMA) Arts Council Music Academy’s initiated platform Sound Spirit is an opportunity for ambitious musicians which also includes in it the well-known names of the music industry of Pakistan.
As per Mohammad Ahmed Shah President Arts Council, the youth in Pakistan never gets a proper platform to show their talent. Therefore he says, that the purpose to initiate Sound Spirit is to provide an opportunity to not only enhance their professional skills but also to create an opportunity for them to come forward and collaborate with others.
He further stated that they are working really hard to bring the best out of the music.
In the first sessions, Shallum Xavier, Natasha Baig, Auj- the Band, and Russel D’Souza performed. The director of the music academy Adnan Afaq concluded the event with ACMA students and faculty members along with Ahsan Bari Sounds of Kolachi frontman.
