Another Rain Spell to Hit Karachi

As per the reports of the Met Office, another rain spell is to hit Karachi.

As per the Met department, another low-pressure area made over the Northwest Bay of Bengal could result in bringing more rain to Karachi and other parts of Southern Sindh.

As per the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD), the weather system if inched towards Pakistan could bring more rains in Pakistan in the span of next few days.

The sky would remain partly cloudy with high chances of drizzling at late night and early morning on Thursday as per the weather office.

The weather reports tell that the maximum temperature would remain somewhere in between 32 to 34 degree Celsius, with 60-80percent humidity.

The rainfall system in the Arabian sea and Indian Gujrat, which had led to sea breeze to come to a halt in Karachi, has subsided and the winds from the Arabia Sea towards the city have resumed.

As per a weather official, 3 to 4 days another potentially strong rainy system would be reaching Karachi while forecasting an extended monsoon in Pakistan,

Sardar Sarfaraz—the PMD Director said that the monsoon spell in the country is anticipated to continue until the 30th of September.

This year Karachi has been experiencing a lot of rainfall. Earlier, the city received heavy rainfall which although made the city weather pleasant but led to a great deal of trouble as many feeders tripped resulting in a power outage in most of the city areas.

The weather conditions have also led to the disruption of flights.
