An anti-corruption court summons Malik Riaz in a land fraud case

Malik Riaz has again been summoned by an anti-corruption court.

According to the details, the anti-corruption court has summoned the business tycoon Malik Riaz and 10 others in a case related to land fraud.

As per the details of the case, they all have been accused of illegally acquiring a 1401 Kanal land in Rawalpindi.

The case was heard by Justice Rana Nisar.

The owner of Bahria Town couldn’t appear before the anti-corruption court and the lawyer of the business tycoon told the court that he is currently abroad. The lawyer of Malik Riaz had submitted a request for the exemption from the hearing of the case which was approved by the court.

It is pertinent to mention here that the hearing of the case related to land fraud has been adjourned till November 4.
