The PPP-led provincial government of Sindh continues to boost its efforts to stop the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) as it recruits almost 4,000 medical professionals on an emergency basis.
According to the details, a total of 2,366 nurses have already been issued offer letters.
“The nurses will be inducted on an emergency basis. We are also recruiting 1,000 doctors who will be given their offer letters soon,” the Chief Minister Sindh Murad Ali Shah said.
CM Sindh said that our aim is to alleviate the problems the people are facing due to the outbreak of the coronavirus in the country.
He further said that the provincial government of Sindh is also bringing in 500 lab technicians in a few coming days so that it will be able to conduct more coronavirus tests.
On the other hand, the Sindh Home Department said that no person will be allowed to come out on the streets after 8 pm during the ongoing province-wide lockdown in Sindh.
