All you need to know about CES 2019
The Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2019 is a major tech event that will take place in Las Vegas Convention Centre, the USA from Tuesday 8th January to Saturday 12th January.
8K Resolution TV
8K resolution TVs have launched in the market but on CES 2019 we will witness more TV makers joining the race of high resolution TV panels. Majority will continue with 4K resolution.

HDMI 2.1
8K or 4K resolution TV with the next generation video interface HDMI 2.1 are expected to launch at CES 2019. But don’t gets your hopes high because it is not confirmed. As new chipsets are required for 8K and 4K panels, chances are that HDMI 2.1 video interface will bring new advancement in the tech field.
Smart and Wireless Headphones
It is expected that new smart headphones might be announced by companies like the Amazon-Alexa-powered headphones. Similarly companies might also look to experiment more in the wireless headphone market. Some competition might come for the Sony’s WF-1000X. Apple Airpods are also expected to launch in 2019, but as Apple does not take part in CES, they might launch sometime later in 2019.
Samsung
Samsung announced new The Frame and The Serif TV. These TVs will have QLED screens. Other than that in the convention al TV market an update is expected in the 4K QLED TV range.
LG
From LG the expectation are in shape of the launch of trio of new Dolby Atmos-supporting soundbars along with a short throw laser projector of 4K resolution.
Cambridge Audio
Cambridge Audio Alva TT turntable spinner was shown in the prototype form and it is expected that it will launch at CES 2019.
Sony
From Sony expectations are that new TVs on display will be launched. If rumors are to go by, Sony might just launch the 85in 8K HDR LCD display.
