Ehsan Mani—the Chairperson of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on Friday officially made the announcement that all the matches of PSL-5 would be hosted in Pakistan.
As per the shared details, the matches would be played in 4 cities which includes Karachi, Multan, Rawalpindi and Lahore.
Ehsan Mani also said that Pakistan has got high hopes in regard to hosting Sri Lanka and Bangladesh later this year. He also confirmed that the heads of the Wales Cricket Board and Cricket Australia and England would be paying a visit to Pakistan this year.
The chairman PCB also expressed hope that the Asia Cup would be held in Pakistan as per the schedule.
He also said that 85percent of the tasks of his agenda, which included increasing PCB professionally via quality management and governance has been acquired.
He added that during his so far 9 months tenure he has done his best to introduce a new culture of quality management, other than making suggestions in the constitution of PCB for bringing an overall improvement in the domestic cricket and in the organisational setup of the Pakistan Cricket Board.
