One of Pakistan’s private airlines, AirSial will start its commercial flight operations on the domestic routes by June while the international flight service of the airline is likely to start from Dubai next year.
AirSial is a Sialkot-based startup airline, which is owned by the local businessmen. The airline will link its home base to major airports such as Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad through weekly flights.
According to the details shared by an official of the airline, later the airline as a plan to connect Peshawar and Quetta and boost the flight frequency as per demand on the particular route.
“We may start international flight operations from the Middle East by next year and Dubai will be the most preferred choice for our first overseas service,” said the official.
Earlier, the federal cabinet recently waived off the non-conformance charges on the newly launched airline after it failed to acquire the Air Operation Certificate with the stipulated time of two years and the airline was given go-ahead by the federal cabinet.
