A young man died on spot after he was hit by a train on Wednesday in Punjab’s capital Lahore.
According to the details, the young man—wearing headphones—didn’t notice the coming train when he was crossing the railway track near Muqbara Chown in the area of Shahdara Town, Lahore.
According to the police officials, the young man was not paying attention to his surroundings as he was wearing the headphones while crossing the tracks of the train.
As per the details, he was the resident of Umar Sharaqpur. After the legal formalities were completed, the police handed the dead body over to the family.
This is the second incident in the recent days of a young man wearing the headphones and not paying attention to surroundings and noticing the approaching train. Another young man was also died in Kohat on February 2, when he was crossing the railway tracks while wearing the headphones.
