According to the local police of a European country Lithuania, a man, with the help of two adult sons, locked his wife in a bathroom over the fears that she may be carrying the coronavirus.
“We got the report that a husband and two adult sons refused to let the woman out of the bathroom after she told them that she could have contracted the coronavirus,” the spokesperson of the national police told the media.
As per the details, the woman told her husband that she may have been affected by the deadly coronavirus when she spoke with a person who had arrived from abroad to the country.
The spokesperson of the police said that the police officers arrived, there was no violence, no complaint, and therefore an ambulance was called.
According to the reports published by the local media, the woman was tested negative for the presence of the coronavirus also known as COVID-19, which has so far infected one person in the whole country, an EU Baltic state of 2.8 million people.
On the other hand, the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) of Kuwait said on Tuesday that the passengers from 10 countries including India, Turkey, and Egypt are required to show the proof they are virus-free.
