The Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan on Monday has announced to reactivate a complaint cell in the PM Office.
As per the details, the PM Khan himself and other members of the National Assembly will directly listen to the complaints by the people of Pakistan.
The details further said that as many as 40 telephone lines will be used to hear the problems of the people which can only be approachable during the office hours.
The complaint centre can be connected via WhatsApp and email as well.
The details obtained from the PM Office said that the complaints against the ministers and the bureaucracy will be heard on priority among the others.
After this initiative by the government of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) to establish a complaint centre, any oppressed citizen from across Pakistan will be allowed and able to highlight the wrongdoings of the government office as well as of the society.
The government of PTI has taken a number of steps in the first 100 days of the governance for the well-being of the people of Pakistan including austerity drive, plantation and cleanliness campaign, and 5-year plan for the elimination of polio.
