9th Indian Spy Drone Shot Down by Pak Army in 2020


Pakistan Army has shot down the 9th Indian spy quadcopter. It intruded across the Line of Control (LoC) into Pakistani territory as revealed by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR)

At the Hot Spring Sector along the Line of Control (LOC) the Indian spy drone was shot down as revealed by ISPR.

The tweet by DG ISPR was, “#PakistanArmy troops shot down an Indian spying #quadcopter in Hot Spring Sector along LOC. The quadcopter had intruded 850 meters on Pakistan’s side of the #LOC. This is 9th Indian quadcopter shot down by Pakistan Army troops this year.”

Back on 5th June, Pak Army shot down another Indian spy quadcopter after if violated the airspace of Pakistan in Khanjar sector of Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK).

In this intrusive act, the Indian quadcopter had intruded 500 metres inside the territory of Pakistan, according to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).

In the Khanjar sector along Line of Control (LoC), Pak Army troops targeted the Indian spying quadcopter. As per the ISPR it was the eighth Indian Quadcopter downed by the Army this year and now it is the 9th.
