On Friday, it has been reported that the employment contracts of fifty-five crew members of Pakistan International Airlines are coming to an end.
The national flag carrier has decided not to extend the contracts of the employees working for the airlines on a contract in order to limit its operational capability in the middle of the coronavirus pandemic.
One of the spokespeople from Pakistan International Airlines said that these fifty-five employees were hired for two-years and now their contract is reaching an end and everyone has been notified with the current contract statuses of these employees.
Recently on 30th May, 1,294 police officers working on a contract basis in Punjab were suspended from their duty.
Back in 2004, the law enforcement officials were hired as the terrorist activities were rising in the country.
All those officers who have been suspended due to the development have been notified by the CCPO (Capital City Police Officer) Lahore.
On the other hand, Shafqat Mehmood Federal Minister for Education denies the rumor spreading around on social media claiming that the federal government has decided to reopen all schools all over the country from the 15th of July.
