During the past 24 hours, Pakistan witnessed 41 more lives due to coronavirus, spotting the country’s death toll due to the virus to 12,658.
According to the latest statistics of the National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC), during the period under consideration, 41 dies of the COVID-19, 1,050 fresh cases were registered, while 24,483 are active cases across the country.
Furthermore, during the same time period, 752 patients have recovered, whereas 1,616 are still in critical condition.
According to NCOC, with fresh cases, the national tally of cases has reached 573,384.
It is said that a total of 33,978 tests were conducted across the country during this period, while the total count of test samplers stood at 8,752,533.
It is also said that 536,243 people have recovered from the virus since the pandemic outbreak.
